Who you are dealing with

This service is operated under the trading name PasteDownload. You can reach us at support@pastedownload.com, and signed-in members can also use the Get help page, which attaches their account and payment details automatically.

Our full registration details are held by our payment providers and are available on request to a verifiable legal or regulatory enquiry sent to the address above.

What the service does

We retrieve video and audio that is already published on third-party sites and hand you a file. We do not host, store or distribute any video ourselves, and we are not affiliated with any of the sites we can fetch from. Which sites work, and at what quality, is described on the pricing page and changes over time.

What you agree to

• To download only material you have the right to keep — your own content, content in the public domain, or content whose licence permits it.
• Not to redistribute or sell what you download, and not to use the service to infringe anyone's copyright.
• Not to share your account. It is for one person; one account being used by many is grounds for suspension.
• Not to automate the service, resell access, or work around the limits described below.
• That you are old enough to enter a contract where you live, and that some sites in the catalogue carry adult content you must be of legal age to access.

Copyright complaints. We do not host the material, so the fastest remedy is always with the site that does. If you believe we are facilitating infringement of your work, write to the address above with enough detail to identify it and we will remove the site from our catalogue.

Plans, days and tiers

Membership is sold in days, and those days stack: buying again while a plan is still running adds to what you have rather than starting over, so renewing early never costs you time. The tier only ever moves up — buying Basic while Pro is running would not add anything, so that purchase is refused rather than taken.

PayPal sets up a subscription that renews by itself until you cancel it in PayPal. Every other method is a one-time payment: nothing renews without you.

Fair use

Standard sites are unlimited. Three things carry an allowance because each one costs us money per download rather than per customer, and all three are stated in figures on the pricing page and shown live on your dashboard:

• YouTube HD with sound — joined on our servers, so it has a daily count and a bandwidth allowance.
• Premium sites — 50 downloads a day on Pro, then top-up credits.
• Files we build for you — 60 GB a month of transfer, with a 5 GB daily ceiling.

Reaching a limit declines that download and costs you nothing. We may change these figures; where a change reduces what an existing member gets, it applies from their next renewal, not mid-term.

Suspension

We may suspend an account that is shared, automated, or used to attack the service. Where the cause is not deliberate abuse we will say what happened and refund the unused part of the term.

What we do not promise

The sites we fetch from change without warning, and any of them can stop working at any time. We work to restore them — members' reports are handled first — but we cannot guarantee that a particular site, video or quality will be available, and a specific site's availability is not what you are paying for. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in that cannot be waived by agreement.

If something goes wrong between us

Write to us first. Almost everything is settled that way, usually the same day, and the refund policy already covers the common cases without anyone having to argue. We answer every message that reaches the address above.

Where that is not enough, these terms are governed by the law of the place where this service is established, and our full registration details are available to a verifiable legal or regulatory enquiry as described at the top of this page. Your own non-waivable consumer rights are unaffected by that, whatever they are where you live. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

Changes

We will update this page when the service changes, and the date at the top will move. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting it; if you do not, the refund policy tells you where you stand.
